I started my journey at Calimala Firenze at the front desk, in a role I knew well but that, over time, no longer felt challenging. The company gave me the opportunity to grow internally, allowing me to move into the Sales department and test myself in a completely new field. Today I continue to learn every day, and I am a concrete example of how much the company truly invests in people and their growth potential.

I joined the company ten years ago as a receptionist and turned every opportunity into a step forward, eventually becoming General Manager of the Florence hotels. My professional path has grown alongside the company: as the group expanded, I took on increasing responsibilities and developed a broader vision. Over time, I have built and led strong teams, nurturing and developing key roles such as Reservation Manager, Front Desk Manager and Operation Manager. My experience shows how individual growth and organizational development can evolve together.

I joined the company in 2019 as a hostess and, thanks to an environment that encourages you to challenge yourself, I had the opportunity to move into service and become a Restaurant Manager, later expanding my skills into administrative functions as well. This journey has led me to my current role as Operations Manager, with a broader and more strategic perspective. Here, growth is tangible and built over time, supported by the opportunities offered and the trust placed in people.

I started my journey in 2022, alongside the opening of our Headquarter, and since then I’ve had the chance to experience the group's extraordinary growth firsthand. What makes this journey so inspiring is the opportunity to actively contribute to different realities, connecting every day with diverse businesses, properties, and people. This variety keeps the work dynamic, challenging, and never monotonous. Watching the group expand so rapidly, along with my team's growth and the launch of new departments, has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my path. It means being part of a continuously evolving project where everyone can truly leave their own mark.

I joined the company at a key moment, just before the start of the season, supporting recruitment across our hotels, restaurants, and headquarters. What began as a fast-paced challenge quickly evolved into a broader role in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding for the entire group. As the company continues to grow and prepare for exciting new openings, including our entry into the five-star segment, I’m proud to support our teams' growth and connect talented people with new opportunities across the group. What I love most about my role is seeing the direct impact of my work: watching people join the company, grow within our teams, and contribute every day to the exceptional experience we create for our guests!
